A seasoned Wall Street derivatives’ expert for nearly 30 years, Mark joined HERO Farmed Cooperative as Director of Insurance. He will lead HERO Assurance and build out the suite of HERO insurance products to serve all the members.
Michelle McGraw
Comptroller/CFO
Michelle has been with HERO for nearly a decade and has been involved in processing, organizing, and documenting all insurance history in HERO with its farms and its members.
Caitlyn Gardner
Administration
Caitlyn is well-versed in all support aspects of HERO’s business including data filing, customer service, and organizational aspects within HERO.
Tom Fernandes
CEO, HERO Farmed Cooperative
Tom is an experienced farmer and agricultural financial risk management expert. Tom will be part of our overall insurance business development and an advisor to clients trying to more completely understand farm and agricultural risk.
